2-Stage Precision Visual Inspection
To prevent mistakes that can occur with a single inspection, we operate a 'Double Cross-Verification System'. After a skilled inspector conducts the first total inspection, a separate quality expert performs the second final inspection just before shipment to perfectly filter out fine scratches or deformations.

Physicochemical and Dimensional Precision Inspection
Beyond simple visual confirmation, we scientifically verify dimensional accuracy through 1:1 comparison with design data. We perfectly control even invisible tolerances using 3D measuring machines (CMM) and various precision measuring instruments.
