  • Vertical integration of raw materials (Operation of 3 in-house sheet extrusion lines)
  • Secured cost competitiveness and dramatically shortened production lead time
  • Diversification of business portfolio (New lines for food containers & cups)
  • Established ultra-clean washing environment (Class 100 Clean Room & Equipment)
2021

Production Infra Advancement

  • Built and relocated to self-owned factory in Vinh Phuc (Thang Long III IP)
  • Full renewal of production lines (Replaced all vacuum forming machines with latest models)
2019

Production Capacity Expansion

  • Significantly expanded production capacity (Total 9 vacuum forming machines)
  • Strengthened in-house mold technology (Secured 3 CNC machines)
  • Established clean washing system (Clean booth & DI water auto-washer)

Growth Foundation

  • Large-scale expansion of vacuum forming lines (Total 7 machines operating)
  • New introduction of CNC equipment for in-house mold production
